The owners of a small townhouse had a recent energy audit. The prescription was a detailed repair with recycled denim insulation installed, windows weatherstripped, doors adjusted, heating systems tuned up and inspected for leaks. We followed the construction team to repair all sheetrock, attend to scratched doors, prep and paint a damaged bathroom ceiling, and apply final coats of Benjamin Moore's Simply White (Trend color, 2016!). A big switch from their colorful walls of the past, the owners love the warm white highlighting a varied art collection. The color also goes well with their Brazilian Cherry flooring.
